About Nithya Prasanth

EARLY LIFE

Being a single parent child, even in her young age Nithya had to struggle a lot for her financial needs.

Though poor she was a bright student who always managed to become the topper of her class. At a younger age of 15, she started providing Academic Tuition’s and Spoken English classes to kids from the age of 6 – 12 years.

Nithya graduated from the Anna University, Chennai as a gold medalist where she obtained her Bachelor of Engineering (Electronics and Communication Engineering) degree.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

Nithya self-trained her on various aspects that are required to be a professional trainer. Her self- motivation urged her to improve her English efficiency which in return helped her to successfully train over 5,000+ kids & adults in a short span of time. 

Nithya had been the former training head for some reputed International BPO’s. Her role as a corporate trainer allowed Nithya to gain first-hand experience in mentoring and coaching staff members and managers.

EXPERIENCE & SPECIALIZATIONS

With 14 certifications in various domains like business development, personality development, soft skills, leadership skills, NLP etc. Nithya is a highly qualified trainer in the Chennai market with excellent reputation and demand.

With her strong interest in leadership and talent development, she initiated and developed a number of internal management training workshops for few firms. Her experience and association with people from various domains helps her to effectively manage people and their behavior. She is creative and possesses excellent inter-personal management skills. She has conducted training programs on People Management, Leadership & Communication skills, and has been consistent in nurturing goals towards positive results.

She has overall 12 years of experience in the training domain. Her core competency includes programs on Spoken English Language Development, Corporate etiquette, Change Management & Train-the- Trainer workshops. She has managed the entire training functions for the corporate sector including Mentoring trainers and creating leaders. Her strong passion in training and development study has made her realize the reality to create niche consistently.

Apart from being a Novelist and a Blogger, Currently. Nithya, Founder & CEO of  an professional organization called “Breeze Training Academy” – intends to make training accessible to all levels of people from the poor to the rich.
