You Need To Know This Before Starting Your Own Business – Part 1

Becoming the CEO too early is highly dangerous

Don’t become the CEO of the organization too early. I mean, starting up a business is not easy. Just because you have an idea and some money in your hand to start up an business doesn’t really make you a business man.

Most company owners, recruit employees more than they really require and pay a huge sum on the employee who is still in the learning phase; making yourself a boss and sitting in your air-conditioned room will never pay you even a penny.

As a visionary of the organisation, you need to work first: never ever think that your employees will do all their work without supervision or guidance. You need to be their role-model, a leader and a motivator; business never starts giving you money from the first day – its a game and you need to know how to play it till the very end to become a champion.

If you want your visions to come true, if you have a clear business plan, sit along with your employees and work ; in turn they will work for you. Remember, a leader always takes part in the happiness and the hurdles that his team faces. Only such a business man will stay long in the market successfully.

I own a training academy and for God’s sake I have some trainers who I have hired and they help me complete the training programs on time; but you know what, every single day I make it a point to be in office by 7.A.M or sometimes even before that. I work myself, I handle batches also, my day is always full and I return home by around 10:00 P.M.- what for???

I’m a CEO and I know for sure that no one will question me; not even one soul there in my office will question me about my punctuality or attendance. Anyways, I make it a point to organize my day because I’m not only the CEO but the leader for the organisation, leaders cannot be lazy, entrepreneurs cannot be lazy – if you are, your organisation will become LAZY and you will be called a LAZYPRENEUR.

Business gives you money, it gives you freedom, it gives you luxury – but only if you have self-discipline and dedication. When you cant follow your dreams or work for it – never expect others to work for you!

TAKE AWAY

  1. Work for your own dream
  2. Become a role model and a leader for your employees
  3. If you like being LAZY, never expect money.
  4. Just because you have started a business and you have people to work for you will never make you a successful businessman

Much Love
