There is a huge difference between being dedicated and being obsessed. You want others to call you dedicated but never show your obsession to others. Money alone is not life, show your dedication to your business but always have your family time.
Being obsessed with a thought helps you try and try again, that’s a good sign but on the contrary if your obsession becomes too high you may end up being a failure. Just because you spend your days and nights in office doesn’t really mean you will become successful.
Finally, I would like to say that the obsession of winning is good but have your own limits. Know what you are working on and effectively work as per your plan. Do the right things in the right way and in the right time and above all place your dedication. Success is yours!
